Being an indie author is about more than coffee and creativity. It’s also running a small business, which means sales, marketing, accounting, handling contractors, and much more.
Faced with this reality, indie authors have a lot on their plates. So what do you do? You take a page out of the entrepreneur’s book and put together a business plan.
A business plan will lay the foundations of your author business so that you can get back to doing more of what you love.
